The Vail of the Temple
The veil of the temple was rent in twain torn in half is how we would say it. This is not mortality trying to push their way. Forcible entry into the realms of divinity. No, it's not us ripping it apart to try to get in where we're not welcome. Now this is God from above tearing it apart to show that he wants us to come in. And what does Jesus do? In dying. In rising. In conquering sin and death. He doesn't just open the door. He smashes through the pain. You understand? He wants this permanently open. I just part it and it's settle back in to close things off.
