When it comes to documentation, my advice is, start with the glossary. For example, very likely there are going to be different names for the same thing. So you can help make that decision, what do we actually want to call this? And then make sure that it's consistently up dated and you call it the same thing throughout your product. Definitely also already take notes on tone and voice documentation,. A any other kind of documentation you want o or have to create. But the glossary is always my favorite.
