The Importance of Sharing Your Learnings
When you're a coach, you can't help but share what you learn with other coaches. One of the things I noticed is all the people who were where I wanted to be were readers. So if that's one tip that you guys get from listening to this is start reading, commit to eight pages per day. Even if you're a slow reader, even if you have bad comprehension, you lose your place. You get tired. Like I was told when I was a kid, read, read,read, read every single day.
