Is the Business Model Working for You?

The business model was an agency's selling the services based on a percentage of media spend. Big Network agencies really were not incentivised to like, spend too much time on those new channels. A typical campaign during that time with like see like 10,000 Swiss Francs per month and there was maybe a bigger campaign. So you would rarely see large Investments and then like this model doesn't really work with a very low media fees.
