The Pros and Cons of Abortion in Ohio
In most states, there are only a few really hardcore conservative states where a majority of voters want abortion to be illegal. So in general, abortion rights, at least up to a point, is popular and I think would pass by popular referendum. But if issue one passes and 60% becomes a threshold that it needs to reach, then I think you'd have to say that the abortion amendment is not favored.
