The Future of Usability

Steve Krug's "Don't make me think by Steve Krug" is about user experience. The author says he initially had a chip on his shoulder when he heard about usability. But then he read the book and said, okay, now this makes sense. And it changed how I understood what I do. He thinks as media providers become media creators, we'll see more of that.
