The Fox News Settlement and the Post 2020 Presidential Election

The question is whether the letter of the law gave Fox somehow the permission to defame it because it didn't reach the level of stoke egregious and active defamation. But there's no question that those people went on Fox and over Fox's air said vicious untrue things about the sources of Dominion's money. And that was an actual monstrous act of injustice, we all know it and they know it too. They just didn't accept shit.
