Diversity in the Investment Process

Olly: We focus on diversity here as a performance imperative. Women control about 32 trillion dollars, roughly of consumers spending around the world. And i'm sure there's been instances when having that female perspective has been an advantage for your pc. Olly: I do believe something that comes from a more female orientation, or like, at least not, sort of female or male, but just like one in which i think female investors tend to have more often than not.
