How to Choose Your Guest for Your Podcast

I get a lot of people approaching me about being on the podcast. My criteria though now are if you're selling something, I'm not interested in that. What I'm really interested in and if you want to paint a rosy picture about remote working, I'mNot trying to convince people to do remote. I'm trying to teach people how to be remote. And so I want to hear the war stories and the experiments and all the failures and what's hard and what have you tried, what's working, what doesn't work.
