The Story of Charlene Dean and the Murders

Charlene Dean was confirmed to be in Texas at the time of the murders, and had arrived in New York to be with her children and mourn Josh. Down in Texas she was in a relationship with her child abusing piece of shit, former chief of police, Timothy Dean. Because of the relationship between Josh and Charlene, the police were interested in her but she was not wanted by them. Tim got charged with child abuse after he hit his 3-year-old daughter when she wouldn't eat food. This was filmed by Charlene who shared it on Facebook.
