Stephanie: Still what pays, and this is a truism from when i was an adviser, is being a rain maker still pays. But it's much more accepted now to be a planner, like stevhen's talking about, and be only a planter. It requires getting tons of rejection, which not everybody can take. And at a small firm, i think it's going to be a little harder to get that younow.
