Green Colored Jobs - How Do You Define It?
M c e's focus is on working with partners who are already active in the community, helping to reduce or eliminate these barriers to entry. We want to help folks gain the skills they need to become part of the green colar economy and then move on to jobs with agencies that are doing this work on a regular basis. So we're really creating a pipe line for clean jobs. You mention the ability to bring green colored jobs to low income, in traditionally disadvantage communities. Could be something as simple as not having a vehicle and being unable to physically get to a training m c e's program.
