The Future of Hedge Funds

In spite of everything I've said people can still be quite sticky and there is this inertia that I often see where people overweight what can go wrong in making a move, underweight what they have to gain. Staying put cannot be just the default position. And when you're being deliberate about managing your career you're asking yourself the tough questions at various pivot points. How is my fund or firm performing? How am I evolving? Am I on a path to grow? Am I stagnating or am I increasing my value and optionality in the market? Am I being paid fairly?
