Coaching for 24 Years Mate
Coaching for 24 years since you were 17 makes us exactly the same age mate. I didn't have any grey hair till I started working for the FA, so I'm not quite sure what that tells you. And I had a very light paper around, I would suggest. You're hiding it, you're hiding it. It's just the angle of the camera you've got to work on, you see. So I think that's a fascinating journey, you must have seen some changes along the way. What's changed for you? Obviously obviously you're much more experienced coach now,. but the work you've been doing and the organisations you've embedded yourself into over the years.
