Is There Poison in Apple Seed?

I've never heard of someone eating the whole apple. Apparently people do eat the whole apples. But there is poison in the sea. Ive heard that a human would have to chew and swallow a hundred, 50 seeds in a short period of time to die from the poison. A friend of mine didn't peel it just, that's how he eats it. He just eat the banana with the peel on it. So why noe? Its more fibre in it, like it's better for you. And people say stuff in yours like, i don't need it to be that much better for me.
