Are You Succeeding?

You're grasping for what are the measures of success that you can look back on and say, okay, I've done well. That is 100% me, 100% because I even at the end of the week, I'm trying to create that list to send it out to the client. But I think it's almost more so for myself. Right. Exactly. So my sense is right now because you play such a high value on leadership and you're missing that in your role as a management consultant.
