How to Judge the Quality of Someone's Judgment?

There are ways to judge the quality of somebody's judgment, youare sure? Mean, some of them would be unique to the actual scenario. Si, sways are the cognito biases, like over confidence and sort of using smallor extrapolating from small sample sizes. Individual judgment is really hard to fix, not impossible. But people deci i'm going to make better judgments. I don't think that's very hopeful. A, i'm much more hopeful about organizations, because organizations think more slowly, and they have procedures for thinking. And so you can control the procedures.
