People that get less than six hours of sleep at night are six times more likely to develop Alzheimer's. Turn off the lights, get away from screens and spend time with people in a low light, quiet environment. Eat meat until it stops tasting good - if you eat at night, think fatty meal at night, you'll naturally feel lethargic.
