How to Get Joy Out of Hard Things

Matt: It's hard for us to realize that other people get joy out of things that we find really hard I'm an inventor I love inventing what did you say Matt before the call today? Tracy: Connor is a tea he loves it and I love that I know he we're kind of crushing you. We have to find new ways or bring other people into projects to help you do some of the tea stuff that has been on your plate that is not giving you joy.
