How to Spell Your Email Address

I want to come on to my final one here which is telephone numbers and maybe I'll just touch very briefly on emails. The main thing you need to be able to do is to practice saying your email address because sometimes people might not quite understand what you're saying especially with some Spanish names there can be a little bit of a confusion about whether it's a G or an H or whatever so you need to practice spelling your email address  and that brings me very nicely onto my word of the day or the take note section a word structure or phrase that hardly anybody uses but everybody should use.
