The Mistress of Xerxes

The well attested to wife of Xerxes is somebody named a mistress. A mistress was fierce, murderous, clever, conniving and stunningly beautiful. Is this the same person as Queen Vashti? Well, as we're going to see as we work forward in Esther one, it looks like Vashti is out of the equation pretty quickly.
