There's been a huge flowering of interest in these supply side explanations of inflation, says Julian Zelizer. In earlier moments, most people would have chocked up inflation just to excess demand and really stop, you know, the story there. But now again, I think by some measures, inflation is coming down - but it's also narrowing once again.
