To do good YouTube videos, you need a decent digital SLR camera with some sort of boom microphone attached to it. A nice space for doing your videos and the right kind of lighting are also important. And then editing software and loads of time is another essential ingredient. So I find audio is still the thing that I come back to because it's a lot faster than video.
