Is Txa a Good Treatment for Gi Bleeds?

The american academy of pediatrics has new guide lines for the management of the well appearing term infant between eight and 60 days with a fever. All age groups still get urine cultures and blood cultures. Inflammatory markers are optional in the eight to 21 day age group because they're all getting anti biotics or hospitalizations. The 22 to 60 day group can either be admitted or they can be discharged home with close follow up.
