The Inviting in Process

The coming out process is a dramatic based experience. Our bodies are not designed to live in that heightened state. We look at things like perfectionism, and i'm trying to be so successful that no one can pull me down. And these are all ways that we're trying to manage this his dramatic state in our bodies.
