The State of the Rental Market
Lack of rental property is our lack of supply, because it's round landlords' appetite for taking on tenants with pets or indeed with children. On platforms like right move and Zoopla, you're not allowed to say no to pets or families. So the fact that you've got an insight into landlords preferences suggests that when there is a lack of rental supply, certain categories will really be struggling. And whoever wins the next election, let's hope they can push the rental market forwards and make it more attractive.
