The Dangers of a Pause
I don't trust governmental authorities to be able to regulate this environment without making it worse I think they're almost certain to make it worse both due to ineptitude and corruption. What about the idea that enlightened members of this community whatever it is could generate a a checklist of sanctioned behaviors and objectives and forbidden behaviors and objectives? That those involved could either sign on to this and then be monitored by others in that community or non sign on to it but there's no logical argument for the pauseYeah I'm definitely against it though I have no shortage of concerns about the the AI era and what what it's going to look like.
