When you look at the most recent validation of the canadian sincape score outside of canada, the bottom line was, basely that it was no better than clinical judgment. And i just think that this adds that added layer of subjectivity with its gustalt built in. That probably, in and amongt itself, is enough to decide whether you should be nervous or notye,. i kind of feel like syncope is not a specific diagnosis, right?
