Doing some relatively heavy weights is going to provide a much bigger surge of testostrone and growth hormone. You are stimulating those hormones, which can naturally decline. So that's obviously going to make you feel a lot better. And i think it's been really, really eye opening to think about our running and our training from these perspectives.
