When you have this ifs perspective then you're actually likely to be thinking oh you know something is something as upset my my loved one. You can see how this can be incredibly valuable with children because sometimes they can express emotions in quite an intense way. For people who are thinking of taking their children seriously i think ifs is an incredibly valuable thing to learn it's um to practice and and use all the time, she says.
