Star shade would be in space, far away from earth, and it would operate together with the space telescope. It's tens of meters in diameter, and so looks like the silhouette of a giant sunflower. The web is not really well suited to detecting oxygen on these planets. And if habax and star shade find a planet with oxygen, i mean, that's not like, a perfect sign of life, but it sure raises the possibility. You know, we can nearly guarantee that the star you're looking at has planets. To me, it's amazing to think that we can learn something about that planet.
