Multi-Racial News Room Growth
I have high hopes on the diversity of news rooms. Just knowing friends who they are, senior producers or executive producers in the t v space. I don't want somebody to be like, well, i have to do a story on breast canceror, ok, let's find a black expert number one and check that off the box. But i think we need to get past that and know that there are black and brown experts and people who can fit into your stories. It doesn't have to be a story about race. So i want to get to that conversation.
