For most content in Europe, we probably crawl from the US. So if they also do this thing for people in the US where they say, oh, I'm sorry, our product is only for people in Germany,. Then we would not index that. Usually something like a banner or maybe even as simple as not having a checkout link. Or even with a banner where you say, well, you can't order it to addresses in Switzerland, but if you can send it to your friend in Germany, like go for it.
