The Power Struggle of John Fogarty

Fogarty mythologizes himself as now somebody who was exploited. He signed a contract, the band signed a contract with Zance and Fantasy Records that has been talked about in the music business for a thousand years. Credence was one of the headliners of Woodstock but nobody knows it because Fogarty felt like their performance wasn't that great. And so he kept Credence off out of the movie and off of the Woodstock album.
