Doubt takes many different forms. It can be doubt about the practice itself. We start wondering, what does sitting here watching my breath have to do with anything? Why are all these people around me moving like zombies? People coming in from the outside, it looks really strange, like the back ward of a mental hospital. I think actually somebody could get enlightened contemplating that co-on.
