It was wonderful playing Mary. Very, very complicated playing her because there actually isn't that much written about her from a personal point of view. She did keep, not diaries, but she would call them her workbooks where she wrote a lot of prayer and poetry. And so she drew extremely well. But you know, the world had dealt her a very hard hand. I think she had to learn how to survive really, on her own emotionally from a very, very young age.

The epic movie, which early fans will remember came out on VHS in two parts because it was so long, is now being rereleased in cinemas. But more importantly, James Cameron has finally admitted that Jack might have survived had he been allowed on the now infamous door, and if he were to make this film again today the raft would be a lot smaller.
