It would take, i think, an extended staring contest in order to get real, significant concessions like a guaranteed equity stakes and invoting shares in the corporations that are bailed out. But even that presumes that republicans are even operating using that calculus. I think need to sweat,. you need to weit them out and stare them down, even as the economy started to fall apart even
