The Sydney Property Market

From February 2001 to December 2003, we saw a very large increase in median values across the Sydney market. 342 of those suburbs or 66% of the marketplace gave back some of those gains. So my message about the Sydney market at the moment is, yep, prices could still continue to keep going up for the remainder of this year,. But you could be in a situation where you give up some of that gains. You potentially should keep your powder dry or get into some other markets where you're timing the market better.
