The Fear of the Lord Is the Beginning of Wisdom
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. This is perhaps the great refrain of the wisdom literature and much of the material of scripture returns to this theme. Those who have already gained a great deal of understanding can return to and reflect upon these proverbs with great profit.
