How to Ease Your Anxiety About Climate Change
We've known for a long time that one of the best sort of remedies if we like for climate anxiety is take some form of action. If you feel like we're able to contribute meaningfully to a problem, it can allay that sense of hopelessness and helplessness. It's collective action that seems to be not only the most beneficial actually from a climate change perspective but also acts as a much better buffer against climate change related distress.
