The First Amendment and the Case for a Ban on TikTok
There are no internal firewalls that we know of that they're able to really substantiate. I think we should be aware of the fact that journalists have been spied on and that same capability could be used on government officials, business leaders, other individuals of interest. So it's kind of this black box and it's very concerning in that respect from a data privacy perspective.
