Well being has always been an idea that's contest id, says M. The book tries to present these different ideas of well being in a way that's both clear and making clear that they're full contradictions. And it took me quite long time to end up in a place where i like, where i was able to unravel what well being really meant in different ways. So the most kind of popular and most used binery is this kind of idea of pleasure versus purpose.
