Normalization of Relations in the US-China Relationship
There is no resetting of ties or normalization of relations, at least in the foreseeable future. The relationship has come to a point where stakes on the table on both sides are issues that neither side can afford to back down on. I think there is a massive need at the Chinese end to really amend their attitude on having a conversation and on the issues that are negotiable. But for that to happen, China must make amends on how it approaches the US.
