I would take it in reverse. The library opposition there was well-organized, well-financed, well-connected and so we're being our here against a stone wall. Have had a more organized opposition than the Doha government. Top of government, they didn't have that much organization. They got more in power. Many of the people who were in opposition to do were also in the government.
