Eric Liu: I'm consistently frustrated by when some campus protest happens and some administrator or somebody else sort of olds. But there's also the question of why those protests are even happening in the first place. And it occurs to me that if harvard did exactly what we wanted it to do, and the president of harvard just said, you guys are children. Get out of my office,. maybe that fixes some of the problem. It still seems like a lot of the problem with the institution is the kids who are there, right? He says chicago had black and women graduates and phd is from the beginning. So they don't have a lot of guilt.
