Is There a Difference Between TikTok and Instagram?

The more you post as a creator, the more you kind of have this urge to check. I'm actually currently on a little mini YouTube hiatus at the moment because I feel like it was affecting me a little bit. It gives you the stoking kick and you keep wanting to check right? There's something about like, Oh, you get this little, it's awful. Like these people like you for this reason. And this, yeah, but it's so draining. But either way, I don't like that it has that level of control over me. So I'm trying disassociate myself with it as much as I can right now.
