What Does Productivity Mean?
productivity is a very, very complex construct it's a human construct. We try to describe what does it mean, and it means different things to different people. And how productivity is measured really varies a lot when you talk to different people in industry or just even how they think about it whether how can you measure it. It was definitely a paper that we wrote to aim at practitioners more than at researchers. The pandemic kind of forced us to say okay we have to do something about this.
