The in group people feel more the reward parts of your brains actually do different things when you're interacting with in group versus out group. The science behind being in person hybrid and remote as well so there's a lot of upfront discussion that we talked about what the importance of meeting with people building trust. There is a lot of evidence that people can learn virtually very well but it depends on what kind of learning we're talking about. It creates this inequity right now because some people are going to have harder time hearing if they don't interact further away from others.
