Taking the Context Out of the Moment

Ai: Most people think post tramatic stress relates to an incident. When we were hitting targets very single night, for periods of time,. it was so fluid, so fast. But then the next night you're going out, and so you don't have time again that night. A lot of people haven't even vocally or out loud, describe that circumstance. So they suppress it, i their head, and then they manipulate the data. It's obvious that we are very bad at memory and manipulating data in the first place. I'm always trying to find small elements about my life that remind me of the best times of my life.
