Can You Champion the Smallest Research Practice in the World?
The industry is greatly pointing in that direction and I think the reports substantiate that move as well. What we've seen most times, especially in the less mature organization, is that a single champion can entirely shift the culture around research. The goal for you is to kind of be the settler for research within your organization. Then bang the drum and advocate for it inside your department and then hopefully goes up to the top level management. But it can start with you.
